Getting Started
Before you apply for a Personal Membership
We are excited that you have chosen RMO to help you with many of our divisions’ products and services.
The next part of the process is to complete your membership application.
Each membership request will be processed by the applicable division. Any questions or concerns regarding the membership should be directed to that division’s Help Center or Care Team.
Keep in mind:
- Please take a look at your personal information: The government requires us to verify your identity before we open any personal account. We’ll use your name, Social Security number, address, and other information to identify you.
- Privacy and Security: We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously.
- You may need to upload documents: We may ask to see documents to prove your identity, residence, citizenship, income, or other information according to our business practices.
